In10sity Wins 2010 Tennessee ECD Link Tenn Awards

In10sity Economic Development announced today that it has won the 2010 Tennessee ECD LinkTenn Award for their work with Oak Ridge Economic Partnership of Oak Ridge, TN (www.oakridgetn.org). In10sity Economic Development received the award at the 57th Annual Governor’s Conference on Economic and Community Development; Hosted by Tennessee Department of Economic and Development Commissioner, Matt Kisber at the Nashville Convention Center on September 16th and 17th, 2010.

The 2010 LinkTenn Awards honored Tennessee communities and organizations who have achieved outstanding economic development marketing through the use of their websites.  The honorees are recognized for their excellence in online advertising, individuals and organizations responsible showcase the award-winning Internet site.  The 2010 LinkTenn Award entries are submitted by complied online nominations.  The deadline for this year’s applications was August 20, 2010. The applicants were scored by a panel of economic development professionals.

The criteria for judging the websites included: quality of data and informative content on topics such as available buildings and sites, labor and workforce, transportation and infrastructure; use of maps; recent news; interactivity, use of links; ease of navigation and overall visual appeal.
